Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

Thanks for your order! All orders received through our webstore are processed promptly with an automated email sent upon receipt of full payment.

There may be situations where we are unable to accept or process your order as submitted. In this case we will contact you promptly and where possible provide you with any changes we would require to accept your order. If you are not satisfied with the required changes we will provide a full refund of any monies already paid by you for the unaccepted order.

We will dispatch your order once all ordered products are available for delivery. If any products are on Backorder for an extended period of time, we may, at our discretion and cost, ship the available products and later ship the backordered items separately once they become available.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery, we will send you an email confirming order completion. Any errors or incorrect information provided by you in your order may cause delays in processing the order.

International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order with ecoLinen.

DELIVERY

We provide Delivery to Australian domestic locations using third party carriers. Our delivery charge is a flat rate within Australia. Delivery times can vary dependent upon the delivery location. As a guide, deliveries to the eastern seaboard capitals is typically 1-2 business days, other capitals and major regional cities is generally 2-5 business days. We will, where available provide you with the tracking details for your delivery so you can track its progress. Deliveries to international locations will attract an additional delivery charge. We will advise you accordingly prior to us accepting the order.

RETURNS

If you have any issues or would like to return a product, please email us at hello@ecolinen.com and our team will happily work with you to resolve the matter promptly and professionally. We are extremely proud of our products and unconditionally stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return and/or exchange of any of our products (excluding pillows and quilts) for any reason within 90 days of its original purchase.

Refunds for returns are provided back through the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. Where the product is returned due to a fault in the product we will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund. Where the product is returned for any other reason we will provide a refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
